- ORDER PROCESSING:
Most of the products are shipped within 3 weeks (for some products it can take 3-4 weeks). Information about shipping time for each product can be found in their Product Description.
All the products are carefully packed with layers of protective materials to provide safe and secure transport of the artwork. In the package, you also will find a receipt/invoice and a return form. Together with the original artworks you get signed Certificate of Authenticity.
Shipping Costs and Locations:
Shipping costs depend on the shipping location (standard insurance included). The exact cost quotation is provided to you before placing the order.
If you need additional insurance, faster delivery or have other requests regarding the shipping method please contact me (email@example.com) within 24 hrs after placing the order and I will provide you with possibilities and quotations.
All packages will have a tracking number. After the package is shipped, you will get a notification email.
Change of shipping address and other data:
If the order has not been shipped yet, you can change the data on ‘My Account’ page or send me an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, and then the order will be sent to a new address provided, without any additional costs. If the order has been shipped already, then the customer will be charged with all the costs incurred to resending.
The same applies if the order has been sent to the incorrect address because the shipping address provided by the customer was incorrect.
Any additional expenses like taxes and customs fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer.
- PAYMENT METHODS
Payment methods available:
- Payment using PayPal account. If you don’t have a PayPal account, you can also pay with credit and debit cards as they are are also accepted by PayPal without creating an account (more information: http://www.paypal.com)
- Payment via Stripe platform: payment with credit and debit cards. Depending on your location and personal settings other Stripe payment methods can be possible, e.g. Przelewy24, Ideal, Google payments etc. (more information: http://www.stripe.com)
- Direct Bank Transfer. If you choose this option, when you proceed to checkout you will be given a Bank Account Number to transfer money to and you also get the same information via email. We will wait for 5 working days for the payment. If we don’t get the payment within 5 working days, your order will be cancelled.
After making a payment, you will be sent a confirmation email that the order has been placed.
- PRODUCTS DETAILS
In the “Description” tab of every product, you can find all the details regarding techniques, mediums, size of the artwork and other relevant information.
Every product has a gallery with photos. The images are made to be as close as possible to the original artwork. There might be a slight difference in colours between a photo and the original artwork due to various screen parameters of electronic devices.
Disclaimer: Pictures of prints in the interiors are only examples and do not show the actual size of the print.
The size of the print you choose from the options available when placing the order.
Confirmation of Authenticity:
Magdalena Kotowska is the author of all the paintings offered on the website. If you buy an original artwork, you will get a signed Certificate of Authenticity. All the fine art prints with white margin are signed by the artist on the front and back of the print and may be numbered*; prints without margin (on request) are signed on the back.

The artist is a legal owner of the copyrights of all the artworks offered on the website. Copyrights don’t transfer with the purchase and stay with the artist.
4. LIABILITY AND REFUNDS
Product damaged or lost
If the item is damaged or destroyed during transport, please contact me immediately after receiving the package. Please take photos or record a video of all the damages, so a claim to the transport company can be submitted. If the package is already delivered damaged don’t accept it, make a damage report and let the courier sign it. In case the item is reported lost the claim will be submitted as well.
If any of the aforementioned happens, we will discuss the best option for you: a money refund, sending you a different product, etc. If the claim is recognized and you choose a money refund option you will be reimbursed within 7 working days to the bank account number provided.
The UE Consumer Law applies to the transactions, including a right to return the item within 14 days, for any reason and without any justification. In this case, all the costs and arrangements of returning the item, safe shipping and delivery are the responsibility of the buyer. Please note that the returned item cannot be damaged and show signs of wear and tear. If the item is returned in accordance with the above rules, the costs will be reimbursed within 7 working days to the account specified by the buyer.
These rules don’t automatically apply to commissions and custom made items, as here other terms & conditions, mutually agreed by both parties, may apply.
Data Collection & Usage
We collect only the information needed for processing and shipping your order (your name, e-mail address, phone number, billing and shipping address). Your personal information will not be shared with any third party, other than as necessary to fulfil your request (e.g we need to provide your address to a shipping company etc.)
You submit to us all the information by filling in the form on ‘My Account’ page, where you log in using your email and a password you have created. You can change the information provided or delete your account at any time. After deleting your account, your personal data will be permanently removed.
Please note: In case of making a purchase, your personal information has to be stored by us for the period of processing your order and then for the period of the refund and guarantee provided.
